Pete is CardioLife's Founder and Chief Scientific Officer, bringing more than 30 years of LVAD development experience from prior roles at Ventracor and Cochlear. He led the original VentrAssist programme through 420+ human implantations, and EasyHeart is built directly on his foundational IP.

Dr Attawar is Chair of Cardiac Surgery and Thoracic Organ Transplants at KIMS Hospital Group, and serves as CardioLife's Clinical Lead and lead implanting surgeon for EasyHeart's first-in-human trials. His role anchors the clinical pathway in India and provides direct access to CardioLife's primary trial and commercialisation venue.

Scott is CardioLife's CEO, with 20+ years building and scaling organisations across Asia and Australia. His background spans cross-border capital raising, healthcare and impact sectors, with specific expertise in governance, investor relations and structured capital mandates.

Susan is CardioLife's CFO, bringing 20+ years of finance leadership across multinational manufacturing, supply chain and FP&A. She has led major restructuring programmes delivering product cost reductions — directly relevant to CardioLife's cost-led global device strategy.

Stephen is CardioLife's Executive Chair, with 40 years of CEO and director experience across PwC, IBM, Cardno, DAI Capital and Eaton Capital. His background in MedTech M&A and capital raising provides governance and transactional depth through the Series A and subsequent value milestones.

Ross brings 30 years in medical devices to the CardioLife board, having served as a Director of Ventracor and ResMed and as Founder of Cardiex/Atcor. His Ventracor heritage provides direct continuity with the VentrAssist programme on which EasyHeart is built.

Andrew is a leading international corporate lawyer with 35 years chairing boards and advising on MedTech M&A. He provides the board with transactional and governance oversight appropriate to a cross-border capital raise and future exit.

Chris is a heart failure and transplant cardiologist at St Vincent's Sydney, with 20 years of VAD research experience. His advisory role brings clinical credibility and direct expertise in the patient population EasyHeart is designed to serve.

Desiree is VAD Coordinator at St Vincent's Sydney, with 20 years of heart assist device research and education experience. Her operational expertise in VAD programme delivery informs CardioLife's clinical training and rollout approach.

Sam holds a PhD in mechanical circulatory support and brings 10+ years of heart failure and device research, recognised through multiple national awards. He strengthens CardioLife's scientific advisory depth across both ECMO and LVAD domains.

Jitendra is Managing Director and CEO of Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), CardioLife's manufacturing partner and anchor investor. With 20+ years in health systems innovation and MedTech policy, he is widely known as the "MedTech Man of India" and anchors the regulatory, manufacturing and policy foundations of CardioLife's India-first strategy.
